As of April 2020, my practice is full. I will update this headline when it opens up again.
Debbie Kadagian, LCSW, HHC
ANANDA means "bliss" and Debbie believes that all human beings are capable of transcending the discomfort and unease of their mind and finding joy and meaning in their lives. Ram Dass once said that "we are all just walking each other home." Healing isn't usually a path that is meant to be done alone. With guidance and love, we all can remove the parts of us that are in the way of living a genuine life, with clarity and awareness. Through tried and true therapeutic techniques, including DBT (dialectical behavior therapy), CBT (cognitive behavior therapy), person-centered approach, psychedelic integration, spiritual psychology and the ancient science of Ayurveda, Debbie addresses addiction, anxiety, mood disorders, depression, spiritual emergence(y), borderline personality disorder and other afflictions of the mind. She believes that each person is a unique individual, and thus, needs a unique approach to their healing. Based on the concept that we heal when we believe we have the power to heal, Debbie aids each client to empower themselves to lead a healthy, joyful life.

Cognitive Behavioral Therapy
Simply put, CBT is a treatment that focuses on how your thoughts, beliefs and attitudes affect your feelings and behavior, and teaches you coping skills for dealing with different issues that come up.
Dialectical Behavior Therapy
DBT skills are thought to have the capability of helping those who wish to improve their ability to regulate emotions, tolerate distress and negative emotion, be mindful and present in the given moment, and communicate and interact effectively with others. Debbie has a strong background in teaching mindfulness skills and living in the present moment. This, she believes, is one of the main keys to finding joy.
Ayurvedic Psychology
Ayurveda is a science of life originating in India about 5000 years ago. This science provides a blueprint on how to live a happy and healthy life, educating each individual on how to make that happen. Ayurveda is a holistic approach, incorporating the mind, the body and the soul.
