Debbie Kadagian, LCSW, HHC
Ananda means "bliss" and Debbie believes that all human beings are capable of transcending the pain and unease of their mind and finding joy and meaning in their lives. Through tried and true therapeutic techniques, including DBT (dialectical behavior therapy), CBT (cognitive behavior therapy), person-centered approach, psychedelic integration, spiritual psychology and the ancient science of Ayurveda, Debbie addresses addiction, anxiety, depression, spiritual emergence(y), borderline personality disorder and other afflictions of the mind. DBT skills are thought to have the capability of helping those who wish to improve their ability to regulate emotions, tolerate distress and negative emotion, be mindful and present in the given moment, and communicate and interact effectively with others. Debbie has a strong background in teaching mindfulness skills and living in the present moment. This, she believes, is one of the main keys to finding joy.
